Berry Farms Chadwell is a mixed-use, urban development nestled in the confluence of several streams incorporating over 1.5 million square feet of office, retail, residential, and civic uses situated in two distinct areas. Chadwell North is a dense, urban, mixed-use environment with up to twelve-story building heights where mixed commercial spaces create highly activated streets fronting urban plazas open to users from the entire region. Chadwell South steps down to six-story and lower buildings heights of a more residential character as the master plan transitions to existing, surrounding residential development. Chadwell incorporates a wide variety of residential living types with neighborhood-scale open spaces for the use of local residents. Public open space is a key emphasis of the design. The master plan integrates a variety of urban parks, large swaths of trails and preserved open space, and creates new public park with open play and athletic fields near the project entrance.
