Artessa is a 250 unit apartment complex located in Franklin, Tennessee. The pool and club facility is the central focus of the campus and includes a 2700 square foot pool, outdoor lounge areas, an elegant water feature, and a covered outdoor grill. GDC led the consultant team in the the entitlement and master planning of this property. Scope of work included PUD Approval, Development Plan, Landscape Architecture, and coordination of consultant team with the City of Franklin.
