GDC led the consultant team in the entitlement and master planning of this property.  Scope of work included Development Planning and Landscape Architecture for 614 residential homes, retail, commercial and amenities.  GDC led the team for the community identity and branding with the design of the signature millhouse and waterfall.  The Resident’s Club is the main gathering space in the neighborhood for play and relaxation.  Adjacent to the Resident’s Club is a formal English Style garden complete with roses, herbs, and crushed stone pathways.
