Rizer Point is a single family subdivision on Del Rio Pike in Franklin Tennessee.  This 116 home subdivision includes a passive park with a butterfly garden, rose garden, and open space for play.  GDC led the consultant team in the entitlement and master planning of this property.  Scope of work included PUD Approval, Development Plan, Landscape Architecture, and coordination of consultant team with the City of Franklin.
