Crafting the Plan.

Gamble Design Collaborative is a Landscape Architectural and Development Planning firm founded by Greg Gamble in 2011 and is located in Franklin, Tennessee. Though our portfolio includes sites across Middle Tennessee, we have a Franklin and Williamson County focus. Since 2011, GDC has led the planning and entitlement for approximately 2300 single family homes, 1070 attached multifamily apartments and town homes, and 300,000 square feet of commercial in the City of Franklin. GDC currently represents over twenty five developments in the City of Franklin that are in design or construction.

We collaborate daily with a network of civil engineers, architects, ecologists, biologists, and illustrators to provide expert development planning focused on our Client’s goals. Our specialty is crafting the plan, and designing places at a variety of scales. We combine technical experience with proven design skills to provide our clients with development plans that are respectful of physical features of the site, financially feasible, and align with the strategic marketing plan.

Our work takes place in a variety of settings, from downtown infill to new large scale communities. Our portfolio includes residential neighborhoods, mixed-use communities and infill, office, retail, and environmental restoration.
