Iron Horse is a master planned multi-family development including 275 apartments on 20 acres of land. The community is designed to evoke the character of rural Tennessee architecture in Williamson County with areas of open space for residents to gather, relax, and play and farm-style architecture. The residents can enjoy raised gardens, outdoor fire pits, pet parks, and a Residents Club. It is located at the corner of Franklin Road and Mack Hatcher and is a gateway to the City’s historic downtown. GDC led the process for the master plan and landscape architectural design and provided construction administration services during development.
