Kensington Downs is a large residential community located south of Long Hollow Pike and west of Green Lea Boulevard in Gallatin, TN. The development contains a mixture of townhomes and cottage houses with a variety of amenities and open spaces for the residents to enjoy. Kensington Downs also features a future roadway connection, Bison Trail, that will connect to Big Station Camp Boulevard. GDC worked hand in hand with the consultant team to bring this development to fruition, first through entitlement approvals, and then through final construction documents. This included the design of internal parks, playgrounds, passive open spaces, bus stops, mail kiosks, and other details that turn a development into a community. Our team took great pride in developing a brand for Kensington Downs and then carried that theme throughout the neighborhood using complementary materials, colors, and stylistic choices. Once through Gallatin’s approval process, GDC created a marketing and branding package for the client that highlighted the Kensington Downs theme and amenities and can be used to present the vision to potential builders and buyers moving forward.
