The Southbrooke PUD Subdivision incorporates the design of two communities: Southbrooke, which runs along the east of Lewisburg Pike, and Southvale, located on the west of Lewisburg Pike. Combined, these communities provide over 300 acres of development, including around 180 acres of open space and a large future public park with four miles of hiking and bike trails. Other recreation provided includes pocket parks, a clubhouse with a pool, and outdoor sports courts.
