GDC led a successful land use plan amendment that paved the way for an agri-hood at a multi-generational heritage farm situated at the western gateway into Franklin. This natural style of living accommodates farming, recreation, and residential opportunities. Our Master Plans included an artisan village with retail opportunities for artists and makers to provide their products from the active farm around which the entire development was centered. A boutique hotel with one- and two-family farm stay cottages were arranged around a wedding venue and perennial gardens.
