Spring Hill Crossings is a mixed-use, master planned development in Spring Hill, Tennessee. The property is organized around a mixed-use “main street” with a highly active pedestrian boulevard, jewel box restaurants, and retail on a boulevard plaza.  The plan achieves over 1,600 residences, 600 hotel keys, and 450,000 sf of commercial uses.  The commercial uses are anchored at the heart of the mixed-use community by the new regional headquarters for the United States Tennis Association. The USTA headquarters includes 12 indoor tennis courts, 26 outdoor tennis courts, outdoor pickle ball courts, playgrounds and other play areas, pro-shop, and USTA Regional Offices.  The residential offerings span a broad spectrum of sizes and price points.  The development also includes the celebration of an adjacent civil war battlefield and incorporates greenways, trails, public parks, and several residential clubhouses
