Artessa is a multi-family apartment complex located in Franklin, Tennessee. This community sits on 11.21 acres of land, holding approximately 250 units. Situated near both commercial areas and greenway trails, the living and working needs of Artessa’s residents are conveniently accessible. GDC designed the outdoor amenities so that residents can relax or have fun within the apartment community. In addition to a dog park, GDC provided a space for residents to grill by the pool, sit around a fire, or enjoy poolside shade under a trellis.

Like many developments in Franklin, the Artessa community sits adjacent to one of Harpeth River’s tributaries. GDC worked closely with a riparian buffer specialist to ensure great care was taken to effectively eradicate the invasive plant material so that the native plant material can thrive.
