Post Oak Bend is a planned community located in Knoxville along the Tennessee River. The community is made up of single-family and estate lots built by Goodall Homes. GDC played an integral part in the planning process. The lifestyle is lakeside living. GDC created numerous parks throughout the community, including various pocket parks – Hillview Park, Lake Pointe Park, Boardwalk Park, The gardens, and Forest Park. The Amenity Center is located at the center of the community and has something for everyone. The Clubhouse sits at the top of the hill with a patio overlooking the pool and the Lake. The Amenity Center branches out with a walking trail that leads down to the waterfront with gathering areas, community docks and a fishing pier.
